Return Policy

This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled for physical reference items sold by Chodyrexzun. Digital items follow the download section below.

Eligibility window

Printed goods may be returned within fourteen days of delivery if they arrive materially damaged or if the wrong title was shipped. Items must be unused aside from inspection required to identify the issue.

How to start a return

Email contact@chodyrexzun.world with your order reference, a short description, and clear photographs of any damage. The studio responds with a return label or local drop-off instructions when appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when technically possible. Processing times depend on payment partners and may take up to ten business days after approval.

Digital goods

Downloadable manuals are generally not refundable once the file link has been delivered, unless a duplicate charge occurred or the file is corrupted and cannot be replaced.

Shipping costs

If a return is required because of an error by the studio, outbound and return shipping costs are covered. If you change your mind on a non-defective physical item, outbound shipping is non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
